Great people, great food, great views, and one of the greatest rock acts from Bangladesh in the 6ix. It was exhilarating to attend the opening show of Artcell’s 25th anniversary tour in North America. Glad I could make it amidst so much going on back in Montréal. Despite his busy schedule comprised of doing absolutely nothing, Izzy deserved a little time off away too! A weekend that will live long in our memories.
A few weeks later James visited Toronto as well. This time a day trip, a rare opportunity of guys time out. The show was very well organized. We hung out and had Kacchi, followed by overnight stay at Borno and Linda’s. No way I’d miss a James show away from Bangladesh. We got our childhood back for a night.
A cultural icon. An old soul with a heart forever young. A master craftsman of rock and blues. A living legend with a career spanning an incredible 40 years. There’s only one James. 🍁
